Together

I’ve just started using Together, a new Leopard-only database for all your stuff. While there are many other storage programs which are similar, Together is delightfully Mac-like.

Reinvented Software – Together 2.0 for Mac OS X – Keep Your Stuff Together, Find It Again Instantlysays: “With Together you can quickly create notes for those bits of information you need to keep somewhere.

Together can also save bookmarks for web pages, file servers, etc and web archives, which save a web page and all its contents. Like many files in Together, web archives are editable, so you can trim down a page to what’s important.”

Here’s what I like most about Together – drag and drop. It’s elegantly easy to drag anything from anywhere to the handy little desktop shelf as you work. When you’re ready to organize your stuff, the material’s in Together, waiting for you.
