Have you tried Filemaker’s Bento “database for the rest of us”?
It’s well worth the money; it lets you organize your tasks, contacts, recipes, photos — just about anything.
For writers, it’s especially useful to track submissions, queries, and documents. I use it every day.
Bento has just released a Holiday Pack, which looks great. It comes with a trial version of Bento, so it seems to be for new users only.
