Writers write, so they need a keyboard. 
Writers with an iPhone or touch whined &#8220;I wish Apple would create a keyboard!&#8221;, because typing on the dinky iPhone keyboard is a nightmare.
Wonderful as the iPad may prove to be, the KEYBOARD is what sells it to me, and I suspect the majority of writers.
